A Summer Picnic First Birthday Party

Happy First Day of Summer! We couldn't think of a better way to kick off the summer season than to share this AMAZING Picnic First Birthday with you thanks to our friends at Little Miss Party. The first thing that guests saw as they walked into the room was this GORGEOUS sunflower number one {I absolutely LOVE this!}. The food table was decorated to represent a sunny picnic at the park, complete with grass, a sun made from yellow balloons and a tasty picnic spread from Cobblestone Catering. Creativity strikes with this watermelon vase filled with gorgeous white lisianthus. I also LOVE the yellow billy balls in the vintage coke bottle and the red pail filled with sunflowers!

There was an area set up inside for the kiddos featuring Leela's Lemonade and the balcony area featured a beverage station for the adults that was decorated to fit the picnic theme.

For an added touch, pictures of the birthday girl's First Year were hung above the dessert table. Sweet treats included fresh fruit, a vanilla cake with sunflower design by Sugar Sweet Sunshine, incredible "corn-on-the-cob"cupcakes from Kreated by K {inspired by Martha Stewart} and mini oreo + strawberry cheesecakes from Eileen’s.
